This mod was developed for gta iv patch 1040 but later i decided to add compatibility to patch 1070/1080 and also to eflc more information/changes can be found on the download page. Gta 4 icenhancer 30 pack (gta iv 1040 - 1070) mod was downloaded 297454 times and it has 903 of 10 points so far download it now for gta 4!. All the enb mods look better on 1.0.4.0. this section is tedious but you can figure it out in no time these are not the only enb mods icenhancer 1.2 [www.gtagaming.com] icenhancer 1.25 [www.gtainside.com] icenhancer 1.3 [www.gtagaming.com] icenhancer 1.35 [gamebanana.com] (this version has different settings.. Just ran streams64.exe with the appropriate commandline to unblock all files in my gta iv directory. info here.now it loads but the stuff is still black, and it says icenhancer 2.1 in the corner, because the dll from that video was for icenhancer..
